Discovery Bay
	A 1985 theme park size version of Tony Baxter's land concept for Disneyland's second gate. Even with the eponymous harbor, a burnt out castle housing a treasure guarding dragon, and a Mayan pyramid and jungle, Disney management felt it wasn't different enough from Disneyland.

	Disney/MGM Studios Backlot
	A Hollywood themed minipark and retail area, conceptualized to compete with Universal's expansion into Florida.

	DisneySea
	An ocean themed park planned for the Port Disney Resort.

	WestCOT
	A smaller west-coast version of Epcot, to be located where Disney's California Adventure is now.

Hotels
 

	Disneyland Resort Hotel
	Inspired by Disney's Grand Floridian, this 800 room luxury resort would have been in the style of San Diego's Hotel del Coronado.

	Egyptian Hotel
	An Egyptian themed hotel for the Africa area of WestCOT.

	European Hotel
	A European themed hotel for the Europe area of WestCOT, including a replica of St. Basil's Cathedral.

	Indian Hotel
	An Indian themed hotel for the Asian area of WestCOT, including a replica of the Taj Mahal.

	Magic Kingdom Hotel
	To be built near Downtown Disney, this hotel would have had a resemblance to the Santa Barbara Mission.

	Mickey Mouse Hotel
	A Michael Eisner project to challenge Imagineering's hotel design, this hotel was to have been in the shape of a giant Mickey Mouse.

	WestCOT Lake Resort
	An 1800 room horseshoe shaped resort around a 6 acre lake.
